Coaching software from the United States is usually well-built, but it assumes you bill in dollars, don't need to calculate VAT, don't connect invoices to a Chamber of Commerce number, and don't fall under GDPR. That's not a matter of "adding a Dutch flag". It's fundamental to how the system handles invoicing, payments, accounting and data protection.

The Belastingdienst (Dutch tax authority) requires a valid invoice to include, among other things, your KvK number, your VAT identifier, the VAT rate per line, the totals excl. and incl. VAT, and the right reference for any exemptions. Practions puts this on every invoice you send by default.
Set your VAT rate once (21%, 9% or exempt) and every invoice calculates from there. VAT-exempt is supported with the right reference on the invoice.
