Practions is an independent software product by Klaver Solutions, based in Dronten. One environment for coaches: clients, sessions, notes, goals, habits and invoices, without bouncing between five tools.
Coaches in the Netherlands often work with separate tools: a calendar app here, a notes app there, an Excel sheet for invoices, a Zoom account for video calls, a Mailchimp for reminders. Each tool works on its own, but they do not flow together. A session ends, and only then does the real admin start: writing up notes, drafting an invoice, scheduling a reminder, booking the follow-up.
Practions is built so that whole flow lives in one place. You wrap up a session, the AI already has a draft note ready from the live transcript, you approve it, an invoice is queued for sending. What used to cost an hour after work happens before the client leaves the room.
Practions is developed by Klaver Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Dronten. The product is run directly by the owner: no intermediate support call-centre, no offshore engineering team, no third-party data processor we do not control ourselves.

Practions was called Bloomdesk until May 2026. We changed the name because of phonetic confusion with blooom.nl, another offering in the same Dutch coaching market. The rebrand is purely cosmetic: same codebase, same team, same KvK registration. Existing Bloomdesk accounts moved to Practions unchanged. Some internal identifiers (database file names, container volumes, the Cloudflare tunnel ID) still carry the old name. That is deliberate: they are internal, not part of the product, and renaming them would create risk without benefit. The visible brand, email templates, marketing copy and legal documents have all been changed.
We would rather stay quiet than claim something untrue. Practions is young. There are no third-party reviews or ratings on the site, and we will not make any up. Until we can show verified figures, we will not put marketing numbers on the site.
We claim no certifications we have not earned: no ISO 27001, no SOC 2, no NEN 7510. What we do technically is explained on the Security page. The current list of sub-processors lives at /en/sub-processors.
